I have been thinking about this a lot lately and created this flowchart to help facilitate some conversations on starting communities and even joining one.
I am designing an off-grid community in Arizona, as well as a crowd funded conscious community in my area (Canton, OH). I will share more about those as I can. I am also looking to expand my design services to include community development, everything from working with you and your team of dreamers to having conversations with Planning and Zoning commissions on your behalf.
