We are nearly done with our first build to rent duplex!
This may seem so menial, but the HVAC has been the biggest struggle on this project. Well, that's not entirely fair, the whole project has been a struggle. LOL. But finally seeing the Chiltrix air source heat pump condensers on the pads was MONEY! Finally, this project is almost done.
The other major delay this spring was waiting on the electric company to install a new pole and transformer. This finally came and we're moving forward!
